Thank you for sharing your timely reflections so beautifully. This one resonates deeply with William Blake’s sentiments that we have not moved from an enchanted world into a disenchanted one, but rather into a mis-enchanted one.

As our world increasingly elevates propositional knowing above perspectival and participatory knowing, rather than holding them in balance, I feel invited to question the smaller, fictional stories we tell ourselves, both collectively and individually, and to surrender and give my heart to, life-giving ones that seek communion with and disclose deeper layers of the ground of reality.

This is one is available Sept 1st. Mark Vernon (a living treasure himself) shares his reflections on the wildly mystical life of Blake and gives us modern monkeys a way to peek into how Blake related to reality. I’m new to Blake too but man, is he a balm in a time of bombs.

An amazing call to action, Samir. I commit to risking delight from this day onward. I want to see the good, and run screaming towards it, to be baptized in its fire. I just bought the Kindle version of the book.

Fantastic, it's time to play with and dance with and dissolve nihilism. So glad you are on the delight ship!
